Prepare for a focused RenTA discussion.
What happens after I submit the form?
The RenTA team reviews your property type, branches, billable-unit count, recurring charges, current process, package interest, and special requirements before arranging the next discussion.
How long does a RenTA demonstration take?
A standard product introduction normally takes approximately 20–30 minutes. Enterprise, integration, migration, or white-label discussions may require a longer business and technical session.
Who should join the demonstration?
Property owners, management, finance, billing, operations, and IT representatives may join. Including the relevant decision-makers helps us address operational and technical questions efficiently.
Will I receive pricing immediately?
A package estimate can be discussed after the initial review. Setup, migration, training, optional modules, integrations, infrastructure, white label, and Enterprise requirements need a confirmed scope before final quotation.
What is the minimum subscription?
Starter, Growth, and Premium require a minimum subscription of 10 billable units for each branch. Every branch is calculated separately using at least 10 billable units.
Can we request an Enterprise technical meeting?
Yes. Enterprise prospects can request discussions covering APIs, payment integrations, smart meters, infrastructure, data migration, security, accounting integration, custom workflows, and white-label applications.
