What is a recurring charge type?
A recurring charge type is an automated billing category such as room rent, water, electricity, parking, internet, management fee, cleaning, security, or another regular property service.
The package limit applies to the number of recurring charge categories—not the number of invoices generated for active units.
How does the branch minimum work?
Starter, Growth, and Premium require a minimum of 10 billable units for each branch.
When a branch has fewer than 10 active units, that branch is billed using 10 units. When it has more than 10 active units, its actual active-unit count is used.

How is the monthly subscription calculated?
The monthly subscription is calculated by multiplying the selected package rate by the billable-unit count for each branch. Starter, Growth, and Premium require a minimum of 10 billable units per branch.

A billable unit is an active room, apartment, office, shop, parking space, or other rentable space enabled for billing within RenTA AUTOBill. The minimum subscription is 10 billable units for each branch.

Is RenTA STAFF included in every package?
RenTA STAFF is not included with Starter. Growth can add the optional RenTA STAFF module, Premium includes standard RenTA STAFF operations, and Enterprise can customize its workflows and branding.
Is full accounting included?
Full accounting is an optional module. Core billing and receivables remain part of RenTA AUTOBill, while general ledger, payables, purchasing, assets, tax, and financial statements can be added separately.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. Your package can be adjusted as your units, recurring charge types, properties, and operational requirements change. Downgrades remain subject to active configuration and contractual conditions.
