RenTA STAFF is the staff-facing mobile application connected to the RenTA AUTOBill platform. It is designed to help technicians, cleaners, inspectors, and authorized property staff manage tickets, record utility readings, update repair progress, upload photo proof, manage housekeeping-related workflows, and coordinate operational work in real time.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to personal data processed through RenTA STAFF, including information submitted by employees, contractors, operators, assigned field staff, and authorized administrative users of a property or business using RenTA AUTOBill.

Information you or your organization provide
- Name, phone number, email address, staff role, assigned property, and account profile details.
- Authentication information and role-based access data required to secure the account and enforce permissions.
- Operational records such as ticket activity, work updates, service progress, task assignments, utility readings, housekeeping status, internal notes, and completion records.
- Photos or media uploaded as proof of work, service verification, incident documentation, or maintenance completion.
- Chat and communication records exchanged through the service for ticket handling, coordination, or operational follow-up.
Information collected automatically
- Device type, device identifiers where applicable, operating system, app version, IP address, logs, crash events, and diagnostic data.
- Location-related information when the feature is enabled and reasonably required for attendance validation, service verification, assignment execution, routing, or related operational controls.
- Notification events where operational alerts, task updates, or service notices are delivered through the app.
3. Device Permissions
Depending on the enabled features, RenTA STAFF may request access to the camera, photo library, notifications, and location services. These permissions are used only for relevant app functions, such as capturing work evidence, attaching photos to tasks, receiving updates, or supporting operational verification. Device permissions can generally be managed through your device settings.
4. How We Use Information
- To create, maintain, and secure staff accounts and enforce role-based access.
- To assign, manage, document, and review tickets, work orders, and operational tasks.
- To record repair progress, utility readings, housekeeping activity, photo proof, and service completion.
